Utility customers are responsible for ensuring that payments are made in sufficient time to meet required deadlines. Utility customers are responsible for printing and retaining the confirmation of any payment. The time and date of payments as indicated on the confirmation will be the date of the payments. Payments must be confirmed prior to 5:00 p.m. of the scheduled due date to be considered paid on time. Payments made online may not be reflected in online searches for 1-2 business days.
The City of Dyersburg, TN reserves the right to refuse any and all payments.
