As
City Court, we are a branch of the City of Dyersburg's Judicial
System. Not only does City Court have the power to hear
municipal ordinances but also have General Session's jurisdiction.
City Court records all dispositions
including guilty pleas, dismissals and other forms of judgments;
all of which are documented with the utmost accuracy and
integrity.
Our mission is to be a part of the deterrence of crime.
Through aiding other departments within the community, our
hope is that we can bring about a better quality of life
for the citizens of Dyersburg.
