911 Vision Statement
The Dyersburg 911 Emergency Operations Center exists to serve the community by answering requests for police, fire, and medical services; coordinating response for those requests; and assisting our local emergency service providers in protecting life and property. Our vision is to provide the highest possible customer service. Central to our vision are the values that guide our work and decisions. Our values are characteristic of worth. They are non-negotiable. Although we may need to balance them, we will never ignore them for the sake of expediency or personal preference. We hold our values constantly before us to teach and remind us and the community we serve of our ideals.
